Bookings: All bookings must be made 48 hours before arrival
Cancellation Policy: Refundable if requested 2 days before arrival
Hotel Requirements: All guests must bring ID (E.g. Driving Licence) to show over age of 18 upon hotel arrival.
Booking person should also bring a valid debit/ credit card, in case of any additional ID checks.Young children won't need an ID if they are accompanied by their parents.
Refundable Security Deposit: As with many hotels, Great St Helen Hotel requires a credit card or debit card at check-in to cover incidental charges. The deposit is £50 and will be released/ refunded at checkout provided there is no damage to the room.
Bag Storage: Great St Helen offers bag storage, priced at £5 a bag for 12 hours. The hotel will take care of the bag but the guest leaves the bag at their own risk.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, all bookings are refundable provided they are cancelled two days before you are due to arrive at the hotel. Just send us a message on our website chat and we can cancel your booking and provide you a refund. Funds are generally returned within 5-10 working days of the refund request.
If your booking has been made within 48 hours of arrival, the book is non refundable.
Can I make a booking after 3pm?
